George Kokorelis has been in the construction industry for over 18 years. He started out working in the field as a laborer while getting his bachelor's degree in Business Management.
He moved up in the ranks of several large corporate contractor/developers going from Superintendent to Senior Project Manager and eventually General Manager.
In 2010 George incorporated Paradigm Construction Group to be based on the simple bases of "Setting the Standard in the Construction Industry."
Since then he has continued to develop the corporation into a leading Concrete Restoration Company through the highest quality of work, honesty and integrity.
Jeff Schwartz has been involved in the concrete restoration industry for over the past 29 years. Jeff started out as a laborer for the brick layers at 25 Central Park West in New York City in 1984.
Through the years, Jeff was involved in multi-million dollar concrete restoration projects throughout the New York Metropolitan area.
In February of 2007, Jeff moved his family along with his vast restoration knowledge and experience to South Florida. In 2009 Jeff opened his own company, Special Forces South.
In 2011 Jeff and George Kokorelis decided to join their talents together to become a leading concrete restoration company.
